Purpose
Our purpose is simple: we want kids to "thrive after Thrive." But what does that mean?
In middle school and high school, students begin taking their first steps toward independence. Decisions, both short-term and long-term, are being put in their hands more and more each day.
But what are they basing these decisions on? Soon, these students will be off on their own and left to make even more decisions. How do we prepare them for that?
First and foremost, Thrive works WITH parents to set students up to "thrive after Thrive." It is our shared mission that students be on track for long-term success.
But "success" can mean so many things: money, fame, popularity, etc. But it has only one meaning at Thrive: a life devoted to loving what God loves and hating what God hates.
By turning to the Bible for its truths on studying God's Word, prayer, accountability, the ressurrection, the Holy Spirit, and many other topics, we point students to the only source of true help for a successful life: God.
It is all part of helping students "thrive after Thrive." We want them to leave our group prepared to impact the WORLD for God!
